National Nutrition Month

National Nutrition Month

Committing yourself to changing your life style is not an easy task. It takes thought, planning and promises that can so easily be broken. Set realistic goals for yourself that you know you can keep. Eating 6 small meals a day is a good way to avoid over eating. Find a walking buddy and make each other accountable for sticking to the schedule. Join a support group on line to share recipes and success stories.

It is easy to get discouraged when you don't see a dramatic weight change on the scale. Losing weight the right way can take time, and that it okay. Stay motivated and remain positive, hard work pays off.
