The number one cause of death among men and women is heart disease. That is why it is important to get plenty of exercise, eat healthy, and avoid smoking. Along with monitoring your blood pressure and cholesterol levels you can help maintain a healthy heart. Even if you have not always followed the rules it is never to late to start down the right path.
